We're committed to equality in the workplace and value professionalism, respect, and collaboration.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and technicians to coordinate bookings, process workshop jobs, and manage warranty claims. Your calm and methodical nature will be a real asset when juggling tasks and deadlines. You’ll enjoy keeping things organised, meeting timelines, and helping the team stay on track.

• Scheduling service jobs and managing workshop bookings

• Reviewing completed Repair Orders and processing invoicing

• Tracking job progress and monitoring Work in Progress (WIP)

• Preparing weekly reports and ensuring accuracy of billable hours

• Submitting and following up warranty claims

• Keeping records neat, tidy, and compliant

• Supporting the service team with tech updates and training coordination

• Being the go-to admin backbone for the workshop

What You’ll Bring

• Strong admin experience—bonus points if it’s in a service or trade-based industry

• A high level of attention to detail and systems-focused thinking

• Confidence using software like Microsoft Office, and Workshop Software (or a quick learner!)

• Great time management, clear communication, and a steady hand under pressure

• A positive attitude and a satisfaction in meeting deadlines

Why Join Us?

• Your salary range dependent on your skill level and experience

• Stable, full-time or 4-days per week role with a supportive team

• Genuine respect for work-life balance

• A workplace where reliability, common sense and kindness matter

• You’ll be appreciated for what you do
