We're on the lookout for a reliable and thorough Service Department Administrator to help keep our workshop operations running smoothly. About the Role You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and technicians to coordinate bookings, process workshop jobs, and manage warranty claims. Your calm and methodical nature will be a real asset when juggling tasks and deadlines. You’ll enjoy keeping things organised, meeting timelines, and helping the team stay on track. A background in the automotive, machinery, workshop, or trade-based environment will help you hit the ground running—but we’re open to anyone with transferable skills and a great attitude.
